Composite Pneumatic Tube

Constructed of E-glass and thermoset epoxy matrix, GRP Tubing's composite pneumatic tube features an ultra-smooth polished inner surface. It is a lightweight, high-strength, corrosion-resistant composite option to steel, honed and chromed steel, stainless steel and aluminium cylinder barrels.

75% Lighter Than Steel
One-fourth the weight of steel and 25 per cent lighter than aluminium, Grp Tubing reduces material handling and shipping costs, speeds up assembly times and decreases stress loads on connected components.

Superior Corrosion Resistance
Trouble-free performance in chemical, high-moisture and other adverse environments reduces lifecycle costs.

Reduced Maintenance Costs
Our manufacturing process ensures a smooth, self-lubricating interior surface that prevents pistons from sticking even when idled for months.

Storage Capacity
We can stock products to meet your JIT, MRP requirements.

Eliminate Honing Costs
A 15 Ra micro-inch surface finish performs just like a honed surface – without the costs of honing.

Excellent Thermal Stability
With a low coefficient of thermal expansion, grp tubing operates efficiently
from -45°C to 100 °C

Non-Magnetic Material
Allows piston movement to be controlled by external magnetic sensors
